I just wanted to say thanks again for the rookie training. I have used alot of the tips & info from David and Conrad, and I am following up on the assignment to tell you if I have met the 4 transactions that I set as my summer goals. I have been very busy! I did 4 open houses, from which I received 5 potential clients, 3 buyer clients, a listing (which I sold), & 2 new listing appointments. I have currently done 5 transactions in my first 5 months, and I can attribute that to the training & advice of good RE/MAX people. I am super motivated to get more!
Pay it forward may be the buzz word of late but it has always been yours. Selfless help at any time, be it after hours, on a weekend, Sunday. That is what can be enjoyed here at RE/MAX Escarpment. It is comforting to know you are never on your own. My recent situation with that aggressive selling agent and some confusion at closing, you were there for me. By ‘Sunday’ afternoon, you had reached the lawyer, and verified that the deal had indeed closed with a full explanation. Both my client and I slept again that night. Conrad, Joey, Mari, Anna and of course Louis Zurini, you are all truly the foundation of this office, rock solid support for the business you carry. Always there to help guide us through any difficulty. Yours is truly a class act. Could I dream of working anywhere else? Thank you for being there.

Conrad - I want you to know how much the video/listing presentation you did with me has benefitted me and my team. After spending a nerve-racking hour with you in the video studio, it became obvious that my seller’s guide and presentation style were off the mark. The basic content was there, but I was doing way too much talking and pushing information to the client. Instead, you showed me how to turn a listing presentation into a listing dialogue.
RE/MAX Escarpment agents consistently outperform the local industry norm on many levels, including the average number of unit sales. In 2018, RE/MAX Escarpment agents outsold our nearest competitor by 2.4 times more per person.
During this time period, our agents helped over 8478 individuals and families find their new homes. The trust and confidence they have placed in our company is truly a testament to the commitment of our agents to helping clients have the most positive real estate experience possible.
July 2019 has turned out to be a record month at RE/MAX Escarpment. In July 2016 we had the best July in our company's history, with 882 transactions. This year we surpassed that number by 57 transactions, or 6.5%. We outperformed our trading area in July on all levels - unit sales were 9.6% higher, and our listing inventory outstripped our board by and outstanding 14.64%.
