Danny has been my amazing Realtor for several years; he's done 6 transactions for us, with the most recently being this month. I tested Danny pretty hard on the first property he sold for me! I was tired and ran out of steam preparing the house for listing, so the night before listing I left him a long "To-Do List" on the counter, which included mulching the gardens, cleaning a couple rooms and much more.
