RE/MAX Escarpment agents consistently outperform the local industry norm on many levels, including the average number of unit sales. In the first half of 2020, RE/MAX Escarpment agents closed an average of 1.6 times transactions per person and 4.9 times more than the average member of our local real estate board.

July has proven to be a very active month from a sales perspective. It was the best July in company history for both RE/MAX Escarpment and Niagara. Our production per agent was at 2.3 transactions for the month of July, which is also a record for a summer month, showing the resilience of our team. Appointments are up a significant 32% over the same period last year.
