David was born and raised in St. Catharines, Ontario. Being the son of a doctor, David learned that meeting client's needs through care and hard work were the keys to building successful, long lasting relationships with clients.

After high school, David worked and studied overseas (Europe, Australia, South America and Asia). He then worked 4 years as a residential painter and developed an eye for detail as well as a deeper understanding on what it takes to consistently satisfy clients.

David has taken these skills he has learned through life experiences and infused them into his real estate career. In February of 2018, David joined his father-in-law's team at RE/MAX Escarpment – the #1 Brokerage in Hamilton-Burlington. Led by Wayne Schilstra (broker), the Wayne Schilstra Team now includes two sales representatives and one full-time Marketing & Administration coordinator. Together the Wayne Schilstra Team works tirelessly to provide the ultimate client experience for each client across Niagara, Hamilton and Burlington.
