Also, we listed in 2022 when prices had declined and interest rates were continually increasing. Yet you found a buyer in a relatively short period of time and were able to negotiate a price we were all comfortable with. That deserves more praise in my opinion than those bragging earlier in 2022 when you could sell a house with one quick showing, no inspections or conditional offers. You had your work cut out but came through for us!
