Jarod did a great job helping us after we were unsuccessful selling our house ourselves. He went above and beyond to make the sale as smooth as possible and find a buyer really quickly.
L & A
Jarod worked with us for about a year in order to help us find the perfect home for our family. He is patient, knowledgeable and hard working. We strongly considered listing our house privately in order to sell it, but after speaking about our options with Jarod, we decided to list with him instead. We are extremely thankful that we listed with Jarod as he not only got us a great deal, but also had all conditions met on the sale within two weeks. In comparison to realtors we have used in the past, Jarod certainly goes above and beyond for his clients. He puts in the effort to ensure he his available and very responsive to answer any questions that arise. Moving is a very stressful time, especially with young children involved, but Jarod has made this transition an easy one!

During this time period, our agents helped over 4897 individuals and families find their new homes. The trust and confidence they have placed in our company is truly a testament to the commitment of our agents to helping clients have the most positive real estate experience possible.
November 2019 has totally eclipsed 2018 transactions with a 17.5 percent increase over last November, and a 12 percent gap between RE/MAX Escarpment and our trading area! Our year-to-date listings are up over 8.5 percent, overshadowing our real estate board, who are in negative territory for growing listing inventories.
