Melissa was a great help in selling an estate property I had to liquidate. Being very prompt to pop over and give her thoughts on the value of the home, using her experience and comparables, she was also very helpful by offering ideas that would assist getting top dollar.

Offering staging was also a great added value that I have not experienced in Eastern Ontario. She was always there when I wanted to talk and took the time needed to make sure I fully understood the answers.
