Happy new year! 2023 is off to a great start!
Burlington 1-storey detached and apartment condo benchmark prices are levelling off, many targeted by first-time and out of town buyers that may not have been able to afford the move in previous years, they are savvy and capitalizing now.
Big story: Oakville 2-storey homes are on the way up! Benchmark price is up 4.7% and even 5% in areas like Joshua Creek, Glenorchy and Clearview. Fueled by commuters returning to work downtown and value in price per square foot.
In the appointment centre our appointments are up 83% from just before Christmas showing old buyers and new buyers gaining confidence and preparing to make big moves.
