Nenad brings to the TK Realty Team the attention to detail every home owner or purchaser can benefit from. He is observant and pragmatic ensuring his clients always see the whole picture and its respective significance. He is naturally hard working and will always go above and beyond to make his clients feel heard, supported and guided in every step of the buying and selling process.  In 2012, Nenad joined his father-in-law Teso, in the business of selling real estate as a second career to being a full-time Fire Fighter. His community dedication and innate will to help others is present in everything he does. Over the years Nenad has been successful in personally investing in various real estate projects with his wife Stacey who is also with the TK Realty Team. Being the front runner of all their renovation and custom building projects has given him the skills not only taught but gained through experience.  As a father of four young children and a man of two careers, Nenad enjoys spending his little down time learning jiu jitsu where, like in real estate, he tackles every challenge with a mentally strong strategy to seal the deal!

In the early '90's, Teso immigrated to Canada with his young family. When he arrived he had one goal in mind and that was to own a home. He focussed all of his energy and hard work on attaining his goal and within one year, he did. Teso quickly recognized the future potential for his family by owning a home now. From there he progressively looked for opportunities to build equity through real estate. His family moved often from one neighbourhood to the next by renovating and reselling. When Teso and his wife reached a point in their lives where they could endure a career change for Teso, it was no surprise that he entered the real estate sales business. He is a true believer in the benefits of home ownership and he wanted to share his knowledge and experience with everyone he could reach.  In 2001, Teso joined Remax Escarpment Realty Inc. (then RE/MAX Del Mar Realty Inc.) and never looked back. He was passionate about what he was doing and that passion only grew in the years to come. Teso is widely known by his clients for his patience, approachability and honesty. He is always there to guide his clients and negotiate the best results in their favour.Over the years he was awarded many achievement awards including the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award.
