The town of Dundas, Ontario is officially part of the City of Hamilton since amalgamation more than a decade ago.
Located on the west end of the city just down the road from McMaster University and bordering on Flamborough, the quaint enclave is home to many century homes that attract film and television productions from around the world.
Partly divided by the Niagara Escarpment, Dundas is home to Spencer Gorge, the Dundas Conservation Area, the Dundas Driving Park, and numerous nature trails and retreats.
The shops and restaurants that line the downtown corridor are reminiscent of Oakville's Lakeshore Road and its high walk score attracts expats from the GTA looking for that 'village feel' in a larger community.
Beautiful and picturesque throughout the year the town comes to life for the annual Cactus Festival and the vendors and buskers that gather.
