My career began in early 1991 (many years ago).&nbsp; I was just 21.&nbsp; I was still in School - Business Administration/Economics at Brock University.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have always worked hard.&nbsp; People, business, finance and numbers was always my happy place.&nbsp; People trusted me at a young age because they knew me.&nbsp; I grew up in "Olde" Stoney Creek and I still own my family's original home that we've had since the early 1940's.&nbsp; I was the paperboy, and everyone seemed to know my family, my grandfather, grandmother, father, etc. - small town thing.&nbsp; That paved the way for me to earn peoples' trust even when the market was so challenging in the early 90's ... Remember "Rae Days".&nbsp; Within my first 14 months I was one the few Award winning Sales Agents for another National Realtor Brand Company.&nbsp; Within the same time period, I began representing corporate clients, Bank Repossessions, Estate Sales and distressed properties.&nbsp; And of course, I had many traditional people/clients too.&nbsp;&nbsp;My knowledge and experience with more challenging situations was growing and my depth of knowledge began to pay dividends for my clients.&nbsp; They trusted me with the more challenging situations which involved advanced problem solving, creating solutions when there wasn't an easy path became everyday occurrences ... this was becoming a very large part of my job.In August 1993, I joined RE/MAX ... I have been with this same Brokerage for well over 25 years, receiving many awards over the years.&nbsp; I started as one their youngest agents and now find myself as one of the more experienced ones. I began referral relationships with Accountants, Lawyers, Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, and other Professionals, dealing with the difficult deals, etc.&nbsp; Family break up transactions, emotional Estate transitions, private lender financing evaluations and investment planning.&nbsp; Today, One of my clients is a large Regional Mortgage Lender (Bank) where I represent them dealing with any and all Mortgage default/Power of Sale transactions.&nbsp; I often receive referrals from Lawyers to help clients with difficult real estate transactions.&nbsp; I am a traditional REALTOR within a modern age.&nbsp; I specialize in the transaction, the service that is required to bring two parties to a happy place.&nbsp; I have experience in land sales, land assembly, farm/agricultural sales, industrial sales/leasing, Commercial Sales/Leasing, and of course the Bread and Butter of real estate - Residential.&nbsp; My goal will continue to focus on the complete satisfaction of my clients throughout the whole process.&nbsp;I continue to serve my clients with the ability to navigate the most difficult transactions with knowledge and experience.
