Wesley grew up in West Lincoln and learned from Wayne the hard work and dedication that goes into every real estate transaction. As a homeowner and landlord himself, Wes understands the needs and concerns of his clients, and works diligently to ensure a positive and rewarding experience. After obtaining a 5 year honours business degree, Wes joined the Wayne Schilstra Team. In 2022, Wes received an award for West Lincoln’s top entrepreneur under 35. Wes also obtained the RE/MAX 100% Club Status in 2021-2024. In 2025, Wes also completed his Real Estate Broker designation. Wes and his wife Meghan live in Smithville
