<p>In September there were 3 types of REALTOR®s in the market, those who pressed the snooze button and pulled the covers over their heads, those who hid under the bed, and those who jumped out of bed and made things happen. At RE/ MAX Escarpment and Niagara we definitely made it happen, we outpaced our competition in our trading area by over 20%, in September 2022 vs September 2021. As far as new listings, we at RE/MAX Escarpment and Niagara dominated this category, consumers are watching our results and choosing us. We out-listed our trading area compared to last year significantly. </p>
