So far in 2021, RE/MAX Escarpment agents closed an average of 1.7 times more transactions per person than our closest competitor, and 3.6 times more than the average at our local real estate board.
During this time period, our agents helped over 8335 individuals and families find their new homes. The trust and confidence they have placed in our company is truly a testament to the commitment of our agents to helping clients have the most positive real estate experience possible.
We continue to outpace our trading areas when it comes to new listings. The market has slightly shifted so consumers are gravitating to a proven brand. In both Hamilton-Burlington and in Niagara we outperformed our competition by 20% for new listings in the month of August, and over 10% year-to-date. We also outsold our fellow Realtors by 3 to 1, the fall market is starting to warm for us at RE/MAX Escarpment and Niagara.
