June 2020 exceeded our industry’s expectations with regards to unit sales and appointments. Listings are still lagging behind in our trading area but our team was able increase our listing inventory by 6 percent over last June.
Our June sale figures significantly outperformed Hamilton, Burlington and Niagara. The number of appointments are just below 2019 year to date by 4.4%, however June 2020 outstripped June 2019 by 35% which gives us a significant runway for sales for the rest of the summer.
