My husband and I chose to downsize, and made a very difficult decision to sell our beautiful home that my deceased father had built for our family. Taxes were increasing and the up keep was becoming more difficult. I cannot tell you how difficult this decision was for us, so many emotions and worry for what was to come. In the end we got the money we needed, and the home we wanted because Danelle never gave up. She made us her priority and that is exactly as we felt. Throughout this entire process my husband and I felt like we couldn’t have been in better hands. Despite living in Waterdown, she was completely available to us for phone calls, for viewings of homes in Brantford, for Open Houses for absolutely anything we needed day or night. During our listing she had a vacation planned, and even though she was out of the country, she had a competent professional cover her while she was away. I loved watching her in action as she dealt with other agents, I especially enjoyed watching her go head to head with the agent we bought our new home from. Buying a home in this market is challenging but working with Danelle has been a great experience. Danelle exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend her.
