She worked patiently with us for almost a year , until she sat us down went over her metrics to suggest it was time to list to get the most money for our home before the market turned and boy was she right! Within 10 days her and her team helped stage, list and sell our home , the following week the market went flat. Whew!We also got our dream house, thanks to her! There was a bidding competition and despite us not having the highest offer , we still got it , thanks to her presentation to the previous owners.We are forever grateful for her help and support!
