These will be replacing Power of Sales & Distressed Properties coming on the Market. You have Buyers who bought Pre-Construction 2-4 years ago and for whatever reason, Higher interest rates, Financial or Family Changes, the Buyers want to get out of their deal with the Builder.
So what do they do? They Assign their Contract Agreement to another Buyer before the Home Closes. You as a Buyer are taking over the original contract with the Builder. Know what you are getting into. It's not like buying a re-sale homes.
There are several Builder Fees plus Tarion Fees that are included. Sometimes appliances aren't included. Sometimes Air Conditioning or a fence is not included. There are many pages as well. I'm hear to Help. Drop me a line. 905-971-5981.
