Some of the craziness from prior years has resurfaced as Sellers are pricing their homes properly without the expectation of what their neighbour Sold for a year ago. In some areas of Hamilton and Burlington I am seeing pockets of heavy activity resulting in multiple offer scenarios. Low Inventory and better pricing has continued the Sellers Market for most of Ontario.

Remember, you are Buying and Selling in the same Market. Buy Lower, Sell Lower. It's all relative.
