One day, Lidia rang my doorbell. She had just sold a townhouse in my complex. I had seen her sign the previous week and noticed that the unit sold wihtin that week. Since I was contemplating selling my unit, I invited her in. Lidia is very personable and I felt quite comfortable with her immediately. We signed the listing the following day. I barely had time to prepare for an open house for the following Sunday when I received THREE offers! Needless to say, I was very happy that my place was sold so quickly.

Sales remain steady for June 2019 with new listing inventories decreasing. This will put pressure on unsold inventory. Sales are back at 2017 levels year-to-date, with 2019 sales numbers being off by only a half of one percent, or roughly 25 transactions.
