We were an Agent's worst Client...ever!
My husband and I decided we wanted a change, but we lived in a great home, large property, great neighbourhood, great everything and really didn't know what type of change we wanted. So, we had Sandra show us houses for at least a year, probably over 100 homes with no success (no fault of Sandra's we just didn't know what we wanted). We also didn’t want to start the daunting task of preparing our home to list, which is the worst for a seller - prepping, cleaning, staging, keeping everything perfect and then having strangers roam through your house with very little notice - oh and with two dogs (one with a bladder issue) and two kids, yeah not fun!.

She even found us our new home just a couple of weeks later.

In October 2015 our family came to a very difficult decision; it was time to re-locate my 87 year old father to assisted living. Upon meeting with Sandra, it was evident we had found the right person. Her concern on a personal level to the comfort of my father were paramount, and made it as easy a transition as possible.
