October sales show no real signs of a slowdown. Our year to date numbers have surpassed 2019 unit sales numbers with nearly 12,000 combined unit sales. Our Nagara sales team has truly outperformed our trading area with an 18% difference in unit sales over our local board. We are closing the gap on listing numbers, with RE/MAX Escarpment posting an 11% increase in listing inventories for the month.
